Shipping policy

CarbyneTools.com offers FREE standard shipping on all products to U.S. domestic destinations, with no minimum order. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Availability depends on the delivery address and service offered.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, followed by approximately 5 business days for standard shipping or 2–3 business days for expedited shipping. Transit time is separate from processing time. These are estimates; remote destinations, territories and military addresses may take longer.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Use the carrier’s tracking page for delivery updates.

CarbyneTools.com does not accept international orders directly. Customers outside the United States can email CustomerService@CarbyneTools.com for instructions on options to purchase and receive Carbyne tools worldwide. Include your country and the products you would like to buy so we can advise you on available options.
