Limited Lifetime Warranty Details

Every Carbyne product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all Carbyne product categories, including bit sockets, sockets, ratchets, grease guns, accessories and storage cases. Carbyne will repair or replace any product determined to be defective in materials or workmanship.

To start a warranty request, email CustomerService@CarbyneTools.com with your place of purchase and order number OR a clear photo of your Carbyne product, plus a description of the issue. Include the item number and affected size or part if known. A receipt is not required to start a request. If a replacement is needed, we will also need your first and last name and complete shipping address.

Returning your product is generally not required. Only send an item back if Carbyne specifically requests it and provides return instructions.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser whether the product was purchased from CarbyneTools.com, Amazon.com, Lowes.com or elsewhere. Contact Carbyne directly for warranty assistance.

If the original product is no longer available, Carbyne may substitute a product of equal value. This warranty does not apply to damage that Carbyne determines resulted from abuse, misuse, alteration, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance or accidents.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE EXCLUSIVE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT REMEDIES DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A CONDITION OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF EVERY CARBYNE PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS CONDITION, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE THE PRODUCT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CARBYNE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY COSTS, ATTORNEY FEES, EXPENSES, LOSSES OR DELAYS ALLEGED TO BE AS A CONSEQUENCE OF ANY DAMAGE TO, FAILURE OF, OR DEFECT IN ANY PRODUCT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PROFITS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARBYNE DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE; TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMER IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
